1. What types of firearms do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of firearms, including handguns, rifles, shotguns, and AR platforms. Our selection includes top brands such as Glock, Smith & Wesson, Sig Sauer, and more, catering to both beginners and experienced shooters.
2. Do I need any special licenses to purchase a firearm from Desert Artillery?
To purchase a firearm, you must comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Typically, you’ll need to present a valid government-issued ID, and a background check will be performed. Some states may have additional licensing or permits required for firearm purchases.
3. Do you ship firearms to all states?
We comply with federal and state laws regarding firearm sales and shipping. Certain states have restrictions on specific firearms or components. We recommend checking your local laws or contacting us before placing an order to ensure compliance.
4. Can I purchase ammunition online?
Yes, you can purchase ammunition online through Desert Artillery. However, there may be restrictions based on your state’s laws. We cannot ship ammunition to certain states or municipalities, so please verify your local laws regarding ammunition purchases.
5. Do you offer gunsmithing or firearm customization services?
Currently, we do not offer in-house gunsmithing or customization services. However, we do sell a wide range of firearm accessories and components for those interested in upgrading or customizing their weapons. Our team can also recommend trusted gunsmiths for more specialized services.
6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the products you’re ordering. Typically, firearms are shipped to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer within 7-10 business days, while accessories and other items may ship directly to your address within 5-7 business days.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase, excluding firearms and ammunition. Firearms sales are final once they have been transferred to the buyer at the receiving FFL. Please review our Return Policy for more details.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through your Desert Artillery account.
9. Do you offer discounts for law enforcement or military personnel?
Yes, we proudly support our law enforcement and military communities by offering special discounts. Please contact our customer service team for more information and instructions on how to apply your discount.
10. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request changes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be altered.
