Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
- Firearms may require additional processing time due to federal regulations and transfer procedures.
Shipping Methods:
We offer multiple shipping options to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner. These include:
- Standard Ground Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Firearm Shipping:
- Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer. During checkout, you will be prompted to choose an FFL dealer for the transfer.
- Once your firearm arrives at the selected dealer, they will contact you to complete the background check and finalize the transfer.
- You are responsible for any transfer fees charged by the FFL dealer.
- We cannot ship firearms directly to your home.
Ammunition Shipping:
- Ammunition is subject to state and local regulations, and we cannot ship to restricted areas. Please verify your local laws before purchasing.
- Adult signature (21+) is required for all ammunition deliveries.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We are unable to ship firearms, ammunition, and certain accessories to certain states or municipalities due to local laws. Please ensure you are aware of your state and local regulations before placing an order.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Eligible Returns:
- Items must be returned within 16 days of receipt.
- Products must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Certain items, including firearms, ammunition, and reloading supplies, are non-returnable for safety and legal reasons. Firearm sales are final once the transfer has been completed at the FFL.

- Ammunition
- Primers and powders
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Process:

- Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip and a note with your RMA number.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the return.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
